The world of dinosaurs is both scientific and imaginative. In this program, scouts will explore how we know so much about dinosaurs and even design their own.
Earth’s history is very vast. In this program, scouts will learn about the building blocks of geology (minerals and rocks), read geological maps, and interpret the vast historic past of our planet Earth through the geological time scale and fossils from various eras.
Explore the various pieces of a puzzle that make our planet work. In this program, scouts will learn how plants get energy, why water is so important to the Earth and sky, and much more.
Join us as we experiment with static electricity and colors in this super shocking and colorful program.
Minerals and rocks are the building blocks of geology. Scouts will explore how minerals and rocks are formed and used to make buildings.
Flowers are essential for helping our plants grow. In this program, scouts will explore the anatomy of plants, how plants acquire water and nutrients, and more.
By exploring pre-existing games and activities at Liberty Science Center, scouts will develop a new game that will be both fun and educational.
In this program, scouts will create their own paddle boats and learn the skills behind keeping them afloat.
Become a game developer for a STEM-based game, teach others how to play your game, and learn how to improve the gaming experience.
In this program, scouts will explore the various roles an engineer plays in everyday life.
Water has several wonderful behaviors. In this workshop, scouts will explore several of these behaviors and see the wonders of water.
